Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using tatAI, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Description of Service
tatAI is an AI assistant product operated by tatadev LLC. It provides chat and related features (such as file analysis, voice, and web lookup where available). Flash, Nova, and Orion are product tier names inside tatAI. Responses are generated using third-party AI models selected by tatadev for each tier.
No Guarantee of Accuracy
AI outputs can be wrong, incomplete, or outdated. tatAI does not guarantee accuracy. You are responsible for verifying important information (legal, medical, financial, safety-critical, or academic) from authoritative sources before relying on it.
User Accounts
You may need an account to use certain features. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized access.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use tatAI for illegal activity, fraud, scams, malware, exploitation of minors, violent crime assistance, or attempts to bypass security, rate limits, or payment systems. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
Free Plan Limits
Free accounts are limited (currently about 10 messages every 5 hours for signed-in free users; guests have a smaller trial limit). Limits may change. When you reach the limit, you can wait for reset or upgrade to Pro.
Subscriptions & Payments
Pro plans unlock higher usage and Pro-tier features (such as Orion access). Current pricing includes monthly ($9.99) and yearly ($79.99) options, billed via PayPal. Prices may change with notice on the upgrade page. You may cancel future renewals according to PayPal/your payment method rules. Unless required by law, fees already paid for a billing period are generally non-refundable.
Intellectual Property
The tatAI brand, design, and software are owned by tatadev LLC / tatAI. Subject to these terms and third-party model provider rules, you may use content you create with tatAI for your own purposes. You retain responsibility for how you use generated content.
Third-Party Services
tatAI relies on third-party services including authentication (Firebase), infrastructure/storage (such as Redis/Upstash and hosting), payments (PayPal), and AI providers. Their outages or policy changes may affect tatAI.
Disclaimer of Warranties
tatAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, tatadev LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. Significant changes may also be communicated by email when possible.
